Why?

Why? Why do I do health, fitness, and self-empowerment. Because I traveled and continue to travel down the same road as you. I can relate to your ups, downs, successes, and doubts. I feel what you feel. I've had and still have those times when I want to give up but I look at this picture and remember where I once was and how I once felt. I hid my unhappiness behind a smile when I was overweight. Once 265 pounds, it just took one light to go off that led me to realize that my life was on the line. Now, I smile and smile bright because I am living in my truth and leading others to believe in themselves. Start today by defining your "WHY!"
